About Kevin and Immigrant Spirit

Getting an English-speaking job in Germany is really hard.

I know firsthand the slow burn and long struggle. From searching for a needle in a haystack, to finding a congratulatory mesage of a job offer after months of interviews.

Hi, my name is Kevin Kocher. I am guiding international professionals to their English speaking jobs in Germany.

I completed the Expats Job Miracle program in the winter of 2021, and achieved my goal of moving to Germany for work.

I believe in a structured, yet personalized approach to finding a job offer. I have recently interviewed with media outlets such as The Local Europe, WirtschaftsWoche, and MDR on the state of the work force in Germany.

There are endless problems to fix with labor shortages every year in Germany, due to a retired and aging population. We need you here.
