I know that feeling. You’re sitting doing your work, out of the corner of your eye, you have your email inbox in sight. Is that a red marker? Did I just hear a notification? Ding… you finally hear it and you hit open email. “We regret to inform you that we are unable to continue with the recruiting process as we decided to continue with other candidates who meet our requirements more closely.” 

Then the sinking feeling in your stomach. Not because you’re unqualified for the job, but because you create a slight sense of uncertainty, based on your background.  

The slow burn and long struggle. Searching for nights and days for English-speaking job postings, hundreds of rejections, to finding a congratulatory message of a job offer after months of interviews. 

Hi, my name is Kevin Kocher. I am guiding international professionals to their English-speaking jobs in Europe.

I completed the Expats Job Miracle program in the winter of 2021, and achieved my goal of moving to Germany for work. 

I believe in a structured, yet personalized approach to finding a job offer. I have recently interviewed with media outlets such as Frankfurter Allgemeine, Südwest Presse, The Local Europe, & WirtschaftsWoche on the state of the work force in Germany.
