Talking to the hiring manager will allow you to learn about the company’s biggest challenges. By offering solutions to these challenges, you immediately prove your value. Questions like language, visa, and location become less important if you can solve the hiring manager’s biggest problem. You also avoid wasting precious time. It takes too much time and effort to tailor your job application to each new job, only to get a quick rejection.

I figured this out back when I was cold applying into Germany for 8 months and never received an offer. I had no idea how a German manager should be approached. All I knew was recruiters saying “just apply” or the same auto reject emails that you see. But without any feedback, you have NO IDEA what to change to be successful. In this course, we have regular weekly feedback sessions where we work on your responses from real hiring managers, not recruiters. We are going to team up on this so we can maximize your chances of getting interviews.

Yes, after the first €1,897 deposit, you can pay the remaining amount in monthly installments. 

€2,000-€4,000 average depending on the company size and your seniority. Senior roles can even receive a signing bonus.
