Today I wanted to share with you a special interview I had last week.
I spoke with João Pereira, a Director of Sales in Frankfurt.
João is a former client of Immigrant Spirit. Now he is a hiring manager himself.
João is leading an international team and they work in English, so he has a good message for you at the end of the interview. He shares some open positions looking for English speakers like you.

“In general, looking for a job is a very lonely process. It’s a long shot. In the end you spend 3-4 months but you don’t get anything back. Maybe you get an interview, but you are just losing your time. So what I benefited most was to get a structure, a framework, and I really saw that I was getting more conversations and then you get faster in the job market again. So it’s just going straight to the point jumping some stages that when you are applying the traditional way, you have to face HR”
