Yesterday, Chris sent his farewell mail. Today, I wanted to keep it short and give you a quick intro since I understand we’ve likely not spoken before.
3 years ago I was in the same situation as you are now: living at home looking for help to find a job in Germany. I’m originally from Seattle, Washington, on the Northwest Coast of America. In between first stumbling upon Chris and asking many questions about the program, until now almost 2 years in Germany and excited to help others follow a similar path, we’ve stayed in touch. This connection was the reason we are able to align on the decision to transition – perfect timing for both of us.
Before I started working with Chris, I was a case study of inefficiency and time wasted. At one point I decided, enough. I then enrolled in the Christmas program of 2021. I was thrilled to finally see a smarter approach by helping another person see your value past the roadblocks that stick out on your CV. The first offer was one aspect, but more important was the lasting knowledge that you can apply thereafter any time you want. What I learned helped me secure my 2nd job in Germany, and i’m confident in the timelessness of the approach. It works.
It’s important that there is a win-win solution for both the manager who has problems, and you who needs a new job. This is why having the first interview before applying is critical.
I wanted to become a coach because I was looking for something meaningful. This allows me to help you understand the path from struggling to break into the German market, to enjoying a new environment. It’s like sailing back to the homeland and telling your community about what lies on the other side. Because it’s achievable, and helps both the market here that has a skilled labor shortage, and you who wants to come to Germany.
This is a turning-point year in the world. There are more elections than ever before, and there will be a lot of migration especially after last year which saw all time high numbers. The program will stay built on trust, relationship building and communication.
I would be happy for the chance of working together. Feel free to send me an email: kevin@immigrantspirit.com or Linkedin message. Let’s go!
Wishing success,
Kevin Kocher
