Acrontum jobs for English speakers
Jan Eicken is Technical Lead at Acrontum, Alejandra Leibold is the Head of Human Resources. I talked with both of them about the goals of Acrontum, the kind of professionals they are looking for – and how they evaluate candidates.

This interview was streamed live on youtube. At the end I always take a few audience questions. Apparently this is a good idea: One of our listeners asked about job opportunities for a specific profession – and as it turns out Alejandra will soon publish a job opening that fits exactly the skill set of that listener. (Listen to the podcast to find out more.)
The lesson here: It’s vitally important to talk directly to the decision maker as an international professional searching for English jobs in Germany. There might be opportunities that you never hear of. Remember that roughly 70% of all job openings in Germany are still filled by recommendation.
